4 Hour Private Charter

Cancellation Policy

A $100 USD deposit is required to secure your private charter. A booking request does not confirm your charter. Once we send your deposit request, your requested date and time will be temporarily held for up to 12 hours. If the deposit is not received within that time, the hold may be released and the date and time made available to other guests. For charters departing within 48 hours, a shorter deposit deadline may apply. Your reservation is confirmed once the $100 USD deposit has been received and successfully processed. The remaining balance is due on the day of your charter and is payable to the Captain. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund of the $100 USD deposit or transfer to another available date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure and no-shows are non-refundable. Cruise ship guests whose ship is unable to port in Grand Cayman may receive a full refund of the deposit or apply it toward a future available charter date. If Peace of Cayman Excursions cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, mechanical issues, or another safety concern, guests may choose a full refund of the deposit or reschedule to another available date. Full Terms & Conditions apply.
