Jet Ski Rental

Cancellation Policy

Booking requests are subject to availability and manual approval. Your rental is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and processed and we have sent your booking confirmation. For 15-minute, 30-minute and 1-hour rentals, full rental payment is required to secure the booking. For 3-hour and 6-hour rentals, a $100 USD booking deposit per jet ski is required; the balance is due before departure. A separate $500 USD refundable security deposit per jet ski is required before riding, subject to valid loss or damage deductions under the rental agreement. Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled rental start time for a full refund of your rental payment or booking deposit, or apply it to another available date at your choice. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the start time and no-shows are non-refundable. Contact us by WhatsApp or email for cancellations or date changes. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Late arrival may reduce riding time without a refund for time lost. Arrival after your scheduled rental period ends is treated as a no-show. All identification, waiver and safety briefing requirements must be completed before riding. If we cancel before departure because of weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, regulatory requirements or safety concerns, you may choose a full refund or another available date. If we end the rental early for unsafe conditions, mechanical failure not caused by the renter or another operational issue on our side, you may choose a proportional refund for unused riding time or credit for that time toward another available rental. Participation may be refused or stopped without refund for intoxication, unsafe behaviour, failure to follow instructions or failure to meet stated age, identification or waiver requirements. If we determine a guest cannot participate safely for a health or physical reason despite meeting the booking requirements, the unused portion of the affected jet ski rental will be refunded, or its full rental payment or booking deposit if it has not started. Partial refunds use the price paid for the affected rental and the proportion of riding time not provided. The security deposit is not a cancellation fee.
